I can't believe this place, no one cares about anyone here. Parties with drugs, tow trucks in and out, leaking tubs and toliets in my apartment. And they say its my fault. Get renters insurance if you live there and fast. Illegal use of chemicals and rude staff. maintence is nice but some are incompent. They don't take care of their grounds like they use too and neglect when you ask for help on noise. New carports what a joke, fix the walls in the apartment and floors so ic an't hear my neighbors talking, or making dinner. You are terrible...

I TOTALLY AGREE! THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS! OUR NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE HALL ARE ALWAYS FIGHTING, AND REEK OF WEED! THE DOWNSTAIRS NEIGHBORS HAVE A LOUD BARKING DOG AND THE SMELL OF DOG CRAP COME UP INTO OUR APARTMENT, AND THE OTHER NEIGHBOR HAS MORE PEOPLE COMING AND GOING THAN A 7-ELEVEN! I NOTICED THAT WE HAD ARRESTED ONE OF HIS FRIENDS FOR POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.

So true, this is just the beginning of a 3 page letter I'm writing: After a 5-year stay at Westpointe it is apparent that the quality and maintenance at the property has suffered a dramatic decline since moving in. It seems that leasing has been made available to anyone of any caliber just to fill vacancies without a care of who is actually moving in and what kind of impact they will place on the property. They are either 18 year olds getting their first apartment having parties every night of the week, smoking pot in the hallways and cops always there for noise problems or just people who simply cannot and do not want to take care of their apartment. When I have reported issues to management, it appears I???m in a ???Phase??? that is lower rent and things like this happen. Well for the first 3 years or so, the ???Phase??? was fine and there were not these issues and I honestly don???t think that is an acceptable excuse. Although, I was offered a unit closer to the clubhouse, why should I move from my apartment which I???ve been in for so long and is my home to accommodate someone else breaking the rules? As far as maintenance goes, where do I begin? Can you please hire people in the future that will actually repair things instead of saying they are going to repair it and never completing the job or saying they have fixed the problem then a day later there it is again. While most of the maintenance staff are pleasant they just do not get the job done. Usually if they attempt to fix something, it???s a quick or temporary fix and is never fully repaired.

Hi Everbody, I lived there for one month from july 2004 - 15 aug2004, i broke my lease and paid $2200/- for lease termination, but still i didn't regreat my decision to break the lease .this complex is very dangerous to live , i was scared as i was living with my family, so please don't go to this complex.the staf is rude and unproffessional.
