Mislead about price....not a level floor in the apartment....poor book keeping practices...heavy police presence.

The first day we moved in we had to call the police. The neighbor down stairs was playing music so loud that it was shaking the pictures off the wall that we had just hung up. We called the front office and said that we had to call the police because they couldn't do anything.

Then while putting dishes and kitchen stuff away we discovered that this apartment was never cleaned before we moved in like they said it was.

Then to top it all off...when we moved in we told them that the kitchen floor was not level they said they would not replace it...we had to live with a unlevel floor. Well my 13 month old son was walking and he tripped and busted his head and ended up with a head concussion...It took that for them to consider replacing the bad spots in the floors. Also they will not let you child proof the cabinets.

This place is not children friendly...would not move here if you have children.

Got charged $50.00 dollars for late rent went it wasn't late...it sat on the bookkeepers desk...paid rent by on line bill pay. My bank said that they sent payment on the 3rd...Wasn’t cashed until 9th. Ummmm! What a great way to rip people off!!!

Ok so rent is due on the 1st you mail your check on the 3rd and wonder why you were charged a late fee? Wow that is stupid!

Well a grace period is in effect from the 1st-5th, meaning if rent was paid on the 5th it's not late. I hope you are not an accountant. Just a westpointe staff member!

She said rent was mailed on the third. That is putting a lot of faith in the postal service to get the payment ther in less than 2 days. I would deliver the payment by hand if I was already after the DUE date. and not rely on a grace period.
