These people are scam artists! A month after I moved out, they claimed they had to replace the entire rug on both floors of the townhouse (yeah, even the closets). They could not provide proof of their accusations that my cat damaged it beyond repair. They would not show me the new carpet and then charged me ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR THE REPLACEMENT. I tried to fight it and they had their bases covered. Apparently they can charge WHATEVER they want and not provide proof, because it is YOUR responsibility to ask when the walk thru is going to be done. They don't offer that info AND if you are not there, then they assume you will take their word for it. And if that isn't bad enough, I made my payments of $50 faithfully to them, and they had the NERVE to call me and say that they lost one of my checks and I HAD to put a stop payment on it and issue them another one. How responsible is that' They lose a check on the way to the bank.

Let's not forget that they don't take care of the ice on the sidewalk. Yeah I slipped and fell, and they said "Well be more careful".

And, to top it all off, their attitudes are VERY unprofessional. They get very snippy and high and mighty.

It is not worth the hassle from this company and its employees. This is the last month I have to pay these idiots for this scam and I hope I NEVER hear their name again. Rest assured I will tell everyone I know NOT to rent from them.

The lost check sounds familiar. I use on-line bill pay and always pay my rent on the 5th, which is the last day before it's late. My bank sent the check on the 3rd, and the book keeper charged us a late fee of 50.00 because they say they didn't get the check until the 9th.It doesn't take 6 days to mail something locally. When I called to complain about this the book keeper was not at work for 2 days.
