I live here at West Pointe for almost one year and I look forward to leave the complex simply the management did not acknowledge simple safety rules. In spite of what I informed them, no acknowledgment come back to me. I witnessed West Pointe staff failed to yield or stop at the 4 way stop sign. How do you expect your tenants and/or visitors to do' Please lead by example. Of what I know, there are no posted speed limits and that have been suggested. Speed bumps were also recommended to minimize speeders. Unfortunately, I live near the front entrace of the apt complex and cars are just flying by up to 30 mph.
