This place was horrible. It was not clean when we moved in, and everytime we called maintenance they would never come to fix anything. The appliances were old, and our dishwasher was rusted on the inside. We couldn't use the dishwasher or the oven because maintenance would not fix them. We would call and set up a time and day and they would never show up. Very frustrating. The parking is horrendous too. There are nt enough parking saces so you always have to park illegally and worry about being towed. Many times I had to stay at my parents' house because there was no place to park. Another problem was that I could hear everything going on in the townhome next us. We could even here them urinating. Unfortunately we ended up needing to renew our lease, and they said they would make a new one for us to sign, but they never did. So we lived there for the next year without a lease. When we moved out we did the walk-through and they said we would get our deposit back. Now they are charging us $850 in rent when we're not even living there. They are saying that since we didn't give them written notice that we were moving out, that they can stil charge us rent. We are contacting the Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and hiring a lawyer to get our deposit back. They claim they are turning it over to a collection agency since we're refusing to pay. They are the ones that are going to get screwed though in the end. They should be put out of business.

I totally agree. I gave my 30 day notice and yes the closing on my house was delayed by two days. I received a bill for over $900 for rent and when I responded that I had turned my keys in on the 3rd I promptly got another letter stating that I owed over $1000 instead for my 2 dys that I had to stay over and for replacing the entire carpet in the townhome. Which I might add looked brand new except for the living room which I agreed to replace but they insist that I pay for all of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I agree that maintenance was shoddy at best and the staff was rude please dont make the mistake that I did and trust them.
