When my roommate and I moved in, the place was not clean, was very old, and the ceiling in our laundry room quite literally COLLAPSED within the first week of living there. The staff was rude and incompetent, and as mentioned by other review writers, moving out was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. They WILL try to soak you out of your ENTIRE DEPOSIT as well as AN EXTRA MONTH'S RENT as they did to us because they lost our lease termination notice. If you ever have an important document to turn in to them, make sure that when you do it, you make copies and make the person in the office that you handed it to sign the copies! I could go on about how much of a nightmare parking was, how slow maintenance was to respond...take it from the reviewers, this is not somewhere you want to spend your money!
