Unbelievable - My living room is a flood zone!

I currently have gallons of water pouring in my ceiling. I keep calling and the manager will not speak to me. I live on the first floor and it is the roof leaking two floors up. My living room is soaking wet. This is the worst apartment experience I have ever encountered. They have offered to move me with an allowance of $300 to move. I am scarred to try any of their other apartments. The person on the second floor has already moved out due to his wall molding. He had a health inspector come in and look at the apartment and the inspector advised him to move immediately. I would not recommend this apartment community to anyone. The other reviews are not exaggerations. Be very wary. I have now started trying to contact Gannon who is the property owners. We will see where that gets me. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

you won't get anywhere with Gannon Mgmt. Diane Rose oversees West Pointe and she's never in the office and she never returns calls. Good luck. Here's a suggestion...MOVE! MOVE NOW! |
