Awful

I agree with everyone else who has written bad reviews. I lived at West Pointe for two years and it was not a good experience. The sliding door was off-track for the duration of the time, and the closet doors never worked right, despite maintenence requests. The dish washer was broke and they refused to fix it properly. One maintenence guy said the only way to repair the problem was to get a new washer, but he was fired and I never recieved a working dishwasher.
***Upon moving out I scheduled a final walk-through, which they were late for, and was told that everything was satisfactory and I would be recieving my deposit back. Two weeks later I recieved a bill in the mail for $875. They claimed that they had another inspection after the one I attended(which is illegal in Missouri) and found some damage to the carpet. Luckily I have a friend who is an attourney, and he cited the Missouri codes which specify move-out procedures. I not only did not have to pay the $875, but I got double my deposit back.
This place is shady! It may look nice with the ammenities, but it is not worth it. I have too many bad things to say. Go somewhere different!
