I stumbled across this site today and was very sad to hear about the poor experience that many residents have had. I have been in this apartment for 2 and a half years and have been very happy. Every time I have called maintenance to fix something they have shown up the next day and fixed it correctly. My dishwasher broke once and I had my closet door off track. I had a leak in my ceiling and they came out to fix it right away. The people who live around me are pretty friendly and quiet and keep to themselves. I never have to walk far for parking and I find that the grounds are well kept. Almost every morning I see staff out cleaning the grounds and picking up trash and they update the landscaping and cut back trees frequently. When it snows the staff is out shoveling the sidewalks immediately. I often get packages shipped to me and need to deal with the staff in the office to pick them up and they are always friendly and helpful. I use the computer labs and the fitness facility often and its always clean and available.

This has been my experience and I thought I would mix it in with the bad. I'm sorry to hear that the others have had these troubles because I am happy and proud to live in this apartment community. I have heard that the older side which is on the Eastern Side of Bennington closer to 270 has had a lot of problems with construction and noise. I am on the newer side so I wonder if it makes a difference.
