You would have to be absolutely crazy to want to live at this giant crap hole! After living there a total of two days, the ceiling in my second bedroom started to leak. I promptly notified management, and their solution was: a bucket. Thats right, a freaking five gallon bucket! Not only was this their solution, but they left it this way for TWO MONTHS!!! When they finally "fixed" the roof, it lasted a total of three days, and then it leaked even worse! It ruined my $2000 bed and my $800 computer, along with my computer desk and printer. After asking them to fix it, guess what their solution was' Thats right, another damn bucket! It got to the point where my neighbors downstairs were getting water in their apartment because the water was leaking so bad that it was going through the floor. After three months, I cancelled my lease and told them to F@&k off! They then tried to sue me for $4,000, saying that my apartment wasn't in acceptable condition, and that I must pay back the specials that I recieved when I moved in. The judge laughed at them when he saw the photos of my property damage, and heard testimony from my neighbors about the extent of the damage they allowed to occur. The funny thing is, I am still getting calls from collection agencies stating that I owe these con-artists money. But, that's fine, because if they EVER try to negatively effect my credit rating, they will be sued SOOOOO fast they won't know what hit them. This place bills themselves as "luxurious west county living at an affordable price," however, they are more like section-8 apartments in the borders of north county. They are full of dope heads and hoosiers, and trust me, as a police officer, this isn't a place you would want to live!

I know that you think you are really cool because you are a police officer, but I am personally offended by your comments. I am not a hoosier nor a "dope-head." I have a perfectly good job and I live in these apartments. I am sorry for your experience, and I know that your review is probably a result of a lot of built up anger, but if you are a police officer shouldn't you know that your comments are certainly not PC? I hope that you do not express the same feelings while you are on the job.
