This review was obviously written by the management. I live in WestPointe and have NEVER spoken to another resident who likes living there nor likes dealing with all that comes with living there. The only great thing I can say about WestPointe is that their landscaper does a wonderful job. As far as the pool with amenities, sure there's a pool, but every lounge and chair is broken and snapped and if you actually manage to find a place comfortable enough to lay your towel on, good luck wading through a mix of drunken teenagers, floating beer cans/ cigg butts/ and extended families with 10 kids (none in diapers).

The apartments themselves are old and delapidated. Ceilings leak though, floors are warped and then covered with new linoleum to hide damage. Eaves are not properly taken care of allowing for families of wasps to infest and inhabit. Maintenance takes forever and when they do finally come out, cheap fixes are employed rather than a fix that might attempt to actually solve a problem. Even the staff at the front desk has an attitude like tenants are not paying CUSTOMERS and are generally annoyed at having to 'deal' with people.

I could go on and on... Save yourself the trouble.. Live somewhere else.

I agree with this review, I was never so happy as the day i moved out of this apartment complex. I was able to break my lease after 6 months, it wasn't easy but i was glad to be done with these people.
