Our time at Westpointe Apartments has been a very positive experience. The maintenance staff have been extremely helpful, have always arrived in a timely fashion, and have ALWAYS been polite and gracious while doing a job largely unappreciated by some individuals living within the grounds. The adminstrative staff have always been courteous and willing to help, and are willing to work with people that are willing to work with them. Don't let a couple "bad apples" with experiences out of the norm convince you otherwise, chances are they were bad tenents in the first place (i.e. the tenant who refused to call the cops about an alleged crack dealer). Besides this, like any other apartment complex, they allow you to tour your specific property before you move in...so if you find your apartment to be in a state of delapidation, chances are you are either not maintaining your property as someone should or you weren't bright enough to ask for repairs to be done before moving in. Westpointe apartments provides their customers with a great overall experience, the only reasonable issue is the pool, which often times feels more like you are in the middle of a drunken spring break....with a combination of numerous drunken individuals on the prowl with no regard for families and children attempting to enjoy the facility. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
