the lanscape is great and pools----------as a married person and a daughter of a toddler- was ok--the place was fun for partiers and young people and they give discounts to move in and specials but once u get in as I lived on basston ave 1979 in 2006 and there were brown recluse spiders and my neighbors were youngster roomies who smoked pot and I could smell it and they left trash outback near pool and bugs and roaCHES WERE OUTSIDE EVERYWHERE.
I calld for a sink leacking and rotting underneath and maintenance man acted as if I was exagerating and never fixed the rotting smelly wood.
also when I moved out early they didn't work a deal so someone can move in and take over my lease and I still pay the 50.0 a month becuase I had to vacate and i had lost my job and husband took off and left the country and left me penniless.
some kids put toilet paper couple times on my back table and chairs while i was asleep- i cldl police and girl at desk she acted indifferent and nothing ever got done about it and lots of drinking going on in pools with kids around and people who come swim there and not tenants.
