I have lived in this apartment for a little over a month now and I'm just fine with it. It's small, but for the price it's good. We did have a few problems when we moved in, like the toilet running and the shower sink stopped up, but we called maintenance and they came out within 2 hours and fixed it. I haven't seen any bugs, and nothing has leaked. I can't hear any of my neighbors, but sometimes I can hear them move around, which is not a big deal. For the amount of dogs I've seen, people are good about picking up after themselves when I take my dog for a walk. The front desk people are awesome, and they have a lot of great stuff they give you and nice incentives. Also, parking is pretty accessible. I'm a little worried about winter, though, because I have a lot of stairs to walk up to get to my apartment, but we'll see how they handle it! Overall, it's a good apartment for the price. Especially as a starter apartment.

You obviously haven't lived there very long, or you're another employee posting something. Yes, you will find out how they "handle" the weather this winter. Or shall I say "ignore" it...
