I have been living at my one bedroom apartment at West Pointe for about two months now and I have no complaints. I actually really love my apartment. Ofcourse there are things I wish I could change but all in all for what I am paying and the area I am in I just love it. The first apartment I was given actually had a leaking ceiling but they switched me right away into a new one with new carpet, new tile, new cabinets. The apartment is spacious yet cozy. I have been in other apartments since I have moved in and mine is definetly the best all the way around. Don't believe everything you read on here. Yes there are a couple annoying things but thats every where. Dont let these posts scare you because they did me and now since I live at West Pointe I couldnt be happier.

don't forget the person that posted pictures of what happened to her apartment. Hard to believe she made that up.

I didnt say she made that up. I realize these apartments arent going to be perfect and every building is going to have their problems but I just wanted to give MY opinion of MY OWN apartment just because I looked at this site before I moved and I got really scared but the apartment i moved into had all new carpet, tile, cabinets and so i am happy with it and yes I would recommend it to friends and strangers who are looking for an apartment in a good and convienent area that is spacious and a really good deal. Not all units will be perfect but its really unrealistic to think they will be. and you will never be completely satisfied with an apartment because well its an apartment and you gotta take the good with the bad. I hope my post helps potential renters who get freaked out by some of the reviews on this site. There are over 1000 apartments in the complex, mine is proof they are not all bad.

You've only been living there for 2 months. I'd like to see your review after your lease is up. I was happy with mine when I first moved in as well, but as time went by I started to realize that the buildings are poorly constructed (very leaky and no sound proofing) and the management knows they have you in a lease that is too expensive to break if things get too bad. Also, the management sends people into apartments to make sure you're not "breaking any rules". That should give you an idea of what kind of clientele they attract. Every other apartment complex I've rented from has tried to attract good clients that they can trust. West Pointe gets the low of the low because they run discount rates and they know it...so they check on their tenants to make sure they aren't doing anything wrong. Shady enough?
