I agree with some of the other reviewers - the apartments could use an update, but, in total, my time at Whispering Hills was a pleasant one. The maintenance staff was very prompt and helpful, the office staff was very friendly and also helpful. The area is very safe and in walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The bark park is also a nice feature!

I paid extra for parking - but it was worth it for my new car. The shared areas of the apartment (staircases, etc) are noisy - you can hear everything that's going on in the building, but the apartments themselves are quiet. When I'm inside, I can rarely hear neighbors. Landscaping of the complex is very nice - they give you 2 free flats of flowers every spring to plant.
