Over the past year I have watched this apartment community go downhill at an alarming rate. Just today CSI, several police officers and other officials were at one of the townhouses on Postgrove Drive investigating something. This same area seems to be housing some young males that like to hang out in the parking lot at all hours, play their music loud, throw trash on the ground, drive up at all hours of the night with the bass in their car beating so loud it rattles your bedroom windows. Not to mention the horrible parking, loud colleges kids on the corner of the one building. They have no respect on how they park their cars, damage other vehicles next to them, and party almost every night. It is very sad because I have lived here for 5 years and have enjoyed my stay. It appears management is doing anything they can to fill up the units, but at what cost. I am almost too scared to walk in the evening. I know there is crime everywhere, but that is the purposes of screening applicants. Even if a person lies on their application and gets passed the screening process, these same people are reported to management because they are rude and loud. That is the place of management to evict them if they do not comply to the rules of the community. If you do not believe this, then drive by the area when the HS kids get off the bus, drive by in the late evening and weekend. You might think your no longer in West County but somewhere on South Grand in the city. Don't come out to view an apartment at 10am, you will only see a peaceful place that you would like to call home. Shame on the management for letting this place go down hill. I will not be renewing my lease. I will take my $1295\mth elsewhere. Welcome to the jungle, the people are wild!
