I lived her at the Woodlands for 8 months, my lease was for a year and I eventually had to pay to break it. First of all, it is very dangerous. My roommate and her boyfriend's cars were broken into at least three different times, as was my boyfriends car. A lot of things were taken during these break ins. Two of our neighbors were robbed at gunpoint, one lady was robbed TWICE at gunpoint, and management wouldn't let them out of their lease. Management never responded to maintenance calls in a timely manner and when maintenance men did show up, they came in when you weren't there. On one occasion they ate and drank things from our fridge, and on another occasion, we came home to find our door unlocked and open. The guy had left all his tools on our living room floor and was in the apartment below us doing who knows what' The apartments themselves aren't bad, but the walls are really thin, and our neighbors fought constantly and made up loudly, if you know what I mean. There were also millions of roaches at night, so you didn't want to be outside, fortunately we stayed on the third floor, so they never traveled up that far. And don't let them fool you when they say that they pay for gas, because even though its free, you will never get to take a hot shower ever, i would have rather have paid for it. So in closing, don't live here, Kohner has other properties that are not bad at all, but The Woodlands are HORRIBLE!!!
