I am currently staying in the apartment. This property management is very very cheap when it comes to maintenance.
1. No light bulbs in the swimming pool for last 1 year,
2. sports facility lights are not working because it would cost big bucks.
3.One Senior Office staff lady looks for ways to cheat you of your deposit money constantly, she is nice only when you come to sign the lease afterwards she is rude.
4.Not a good place for people with foreign ethnicity.
5.Very few unpaid parking space, forces you to rent one if you want to park near your house.
6.Very poor Airconditioning units, horrible in summer and winters.
7.Ventilation units are very old and do not suck out enough air.

I am a current resident in 2008. I agree completely with this person. -I have waited for 5 months for them to put cable in the gym. They have a little sign posted that says, "cable coming soon". I've asked them about it, but they just give me some old story and still nothing changes! -tons of "hidden fees" -lady is super nice before you sign the lease, then not so accomidating. -fixtures in apartment are really cheap and ventilation is terrible! Our air is constantly running. When we had the heat on, you could feel cold air around every window and door! -there are much nicer apartments around the surrounding area than Ridgewood village!
