I am so excited I just moved in and I lock in my rent for three years. Its just like rentcontrol! I have lived in cities like Chicago and New York then forced to move to St Louis with my job, I have lived in apts where they give you a great deal your first lease them bam! Your rent goes to market rate or you get so outrageous $50 increase. I signed with Ridgewood about two months ago and everything has been great. The buildings are older but well cared for. Now I know what my rent is going to be for the next three years I can budget my cash flow and be ready to buy a house in three years!!
