I just moved from Chicago and leased my apartment through apartments.com! I never saw the place except on the Internet.
I was nervous. I was so happy to see that the place was CLEAN and very neat. The location cannot be beat. Once arriving in town I checked out a couple of other places. Who would want to deal with the traffic on the service roads. Plus the management is very helpful and funny!
