Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008

Me and my boyfriend, now fiancee, moved in May 2007.
We haven't had that many problems, mostly with neighbors but thats what happens with any apartment complex.
The ladies in the office are very friendly, and remember who you are which is always nice.
Maintence, all the times that we have called them they show up that day to fix what ever problem that we have had, there was one time where I called after hours and he chewed me out, but it was Black Friday so it was reasonable that he was grouchy.

Near 70 and 370 so it's easy to go anywhere, and Mid Rivers Mall Drive has a lot of restraunts, grocery store, department stores, and the post office like less than 5 mins away! Also you can walk anywhere! I mean the mall is across the street, so we walk over even in snow to watch a movie, also the strip mall next door has 5 restraunts, from italian, fast food, and japanese! which we both love walking there and back cause we can work off all the calories!

We don't use the gym and we haven't been in the indoor pool, but they just updated it in January so it looks good from outside looking in the windows.

Also they re-do the carpets every 5 years, which they will usually ask you if you want to re-do the carpets or vinl floor, which our vinal floor is new and the same with our dishwasher.

Overall great place to live, would recomend it to anyone who wants to live in the St. Peters Area.

Now that we moved out, we had so many troubles with the lease we made, about the carpet that we had to pay for, sweeping the front of the porch, outlet covers (which we didn't put thee and they were hard to get off), the blinds which there was only one broken, and they charged for a thing in he closet that wasn't there in the first place!

So if you want to live there fo ahead just take pictures of everything before you move in! Just be careful, on the tricks that they play with changing extra when getting out of the lease
