I have lived here for a few years and have recntly noticed how down hill this ---- hole is going. I am constantly putting in work orders for the same thing not because Maintenance can't fix it just because the apartment is old and ------. The office is always doing these little events like a stupid pool party that is only for show. I am sure they sit in the office and ----- about their residents all the time. I have a close friend who just moved out a few months back and she told me the office was going to "compensate" her by getting on here and writing a "fake" review to boost their rating. Maintenance and Grounds probably have the hardest job here trying to make this dump look better. Not to mention the assistant and property manager always do checks at the pool and I have been down to the outdoor pool so many times to see the Assistant Manager who lives here with more than 4 or 5 guests. How are they going to come out here and break their own rules' They def need a different property manager because since the old one left it has a different feel and I can't wait until my lease is up. Too all looking at renting here......BEWARE

wow....how do you really feel?
Why would a person stay 'a few years' feeling this sort of judgement and resentment about their home?
To assume people 'sit in the office and ______ about their residents' seems a bit goofy to me....
How would someone that is not employed here know who is a guest of whom, anyway?
I have never been to the outdoor or indoor pool when I considered it to be crowded with residents or guests...
What would be the reason for such thoughts and assumptions?
I am aware that a leasing agent was just released from her responsibilities and I wonder if she may be expressing some resentment with this 'sour grapes' attitude....
Ridgewood Village is not a 'new' property and the prices here reflect that truth....
Yes, their is Maintenance and grounds staff, to provide upkeep and address issues that come up on a daily basis in everyone's lives and homes....even the new ones!!! And I feel everyone in the office is doing their best...and they seem to be enjoying it....at least their smiles make me believe that!!!
thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion

Having lived here for less than a year, I can say that it is going down hill. There are suddenly kids standing around in the parking lots trying to stop you from going by. There are people who sit on their cars and drink all afternoon. This is definately not what I signed up for. As for the management, they're nice enough when you ask for work but it'll never be done so why waste your breath. The price is kind of high. However, I almost never hear my neighbors and I know they come and go all hours of the night. And they allow big dogs and covered parking so as with any apartment it's a trade off!
