Spencer Creek is a comfortable apartment community near the heart of St. Peters. The complex sits on both sides of Jungermann rd. near Willott rd., but some apartments have little to no street noise. The tenants are mostly older, quiet, and friendly. Maintinence is prompt, and the office staff is fine. Utilities are included (electric), you just pay for electricity. The interior is nothing fancy, but everything works great (heat, AC, good water pressure). The two bedroom is 860sq. ft., with nice sized bedrooms (12X12 master). There is a laundry facility on site, but no in-unit hookups, and in some areas parking may be limited. The pool is decent, and both Covenant Park, and Spencer Creek Park, are a very short walk from the complex. I would recommend Spencer Creek to anyone.
