At first I didnt know about this place, because of its age, but it turns out it is well kept. The interior is very nice, I do not have any problems with noise, bugs, leaks, or anything breaking. Maintenance is prompt and vaccums the stairwells every week. I never see anyone loitering and my car hasent been broken into or stolen which is alot more than I can say about the last complex I lived in. The rent is cheap and I feel I get my moneys worth.
