I have rented apartments and duplexes for over 12 years. I pay the none refundable pet deposit of 350.00, knowing my pet might do a bit of damage. But, my pet isn't the one SRV thinks is dirty, it's me. They charged me to re-clean the bathrooms, that my roommate scrubbed with a toothbrush. They charged me to re-clean an oven, that we cleaned 3 times with oven cleaner. I had to pay them to move out. The bit of carpet problems caused by my animals (cats) were not covered under my non-refundable deposit. That is crap!! Avoid this place at all costs, they are rude in the office and refuse to get rid of the people causing problems, like noise and peeing on our bushes, because they were drunk. My sons bedroom was right beside the bush he was urinating on, then they had our apartment mixed up with theirs and tried to come in at 2 oclock in the morning. The manager said they were moving out in Sept. but they are still there!! I think we got screwed moving out, because we complained, she took it out on us!! Instead of them!!
