I'm glad there is a website like this. On that note....Sun River Village looks like a dump and trust me, IS A DUMP. Not only is every square foot of grass covered in dog presents, the place smells atrocious. That's not 1/2 of it. I had a dog, and paid close to $350 for the pet deposit, and when i moved out, was charged for the carpets being (somewhat) dirty. So I wonder what that deposit was for again' I'm sure management had a good christmas.
This place will nickel and dime you to death. The staff might as well be walking around with their heads on backwards- enough said.
They find no problem in posting notes on your door the night before to tell you maintenance will be working/spraying, NO if's ands or buts...good luck if you have a dog.
To sum it up, this place is TRASH. P.S. If it rains, you will be buying a new pair of shoes.
