The deposits they have are scams. What place charges a non-refundable deposit and then tries to collect for minor cleaning that is done anyways'''' The management is awfull and if you have an emergency at night, good luck getting anyone there until the next day in the afternoon or even the day after that.
Do not live there. Trust me its not worth it at all.
