I am retired military (Army).
Management at Sun River Village reminds me of the Frank Burns' of the military. Any way that that they can, they will stick it to you.
Any and every thing that could go wrong will cost you $50-$100 in fines.
Do not keep you pool pass in your wallet. I lost my wallet. They still charged me $50 for a new pool pass. No sympathy there!
Parking, for example is "ample, well-lit", but if you have an extra car, management will have it towed at your expence with no warning. They did it to me. I just wish they would have called the number on the FOR SALE sign first. Yip, Frank Burns has nothing on Sun River.
