SUN RIVER VILLAGE IS A RIP OFF ! ! ! ! !
They will take you for whatever they can. They want to charge you to fix everyhthing, its terrible. I make my pmts every month on time, and keep my apt very clean. I just wish I would have not signed a 1yr lease or I would be OUT! ! ! ! My air never works, it blows, but its hot air. I needed something fixed the other day and they were going to charge me like $100.00 to fix it the next day I had a friend do it and it cost nothing, it took 5seconds to fix it, why would they charge me $100 for 5 seconds and nothing needed to be replaced' THEY DID IT TO RIP ME OFF! ! ! ! ! Im sure its not as bad as some places, but I am also sure you can find something better.
