Yes it true I can't move in with my own wife. Yes we where going to get a Divorice but we are working things out as I have custody of our son. But the complex manager will not allow me to move in due to my credit report stating their is a Unpaid bill to my former Apartment for Damages. Here is the Kicker it showes on her report and he tells me that this is an Automatic rejection. Well that's not true as she wouldn't be living their right now as it is in her report as well. Then on top of this the complex manager tells her that I can't stay the night nor come over and use the pool. Sir if you do read this that's a Discrimination as you can't tell someone who they can and can't have come visit them and be their guest for the day are night. After the complex manager told her that I did consult with an Attorney and he said he is breaking the Fair Housing Act and by rights he can't seperate us in which he is doing. I am not trying to be a smart --- but I don't understand why family can't move in with Family it should only be based off one credit report and that was her report and you approved it with the Co-app. why can't she have her son and husband live with her'
