I have never heard of this web site until today, Thanks to the manager of sun river village I am aware that it is out here. I had called to make a minor complaint, nothing serious. She thought I had wrote about my complaint on this website and that is how I found out of this aparttment rating site.
I have lived at Sun River Village since August of 2005 and overall have enjoyed my time there. I do think they have some staff problems( again nothing Major just some attitudes) and again not all of them but the one who does seems to be there all the time, so you must just get use to her, I am trying.
I had some issues in the beginning trying to get out of my lease because my mother has cancer and I needed to be home wit her. I spoke to one lady about it and she wasnt helpful in anyway, but then I talked to the manager (the guy) and he explained very well to me why I could not break lease and advised that if I broke lease i would actually be paying more than what I would if I just kept it and moved back home still paying my rent. He was very helpful and helped me to understand instead of just being hateful telling me that personal problems were no reason to get out of a lease.
Like I said overall I like ths place but I think some staff members need to remember they are there for US and we are the customer. This is the place we have chose to be our home, and they should make us feel at home.
