I agree with many of the reviews that the staff are difficult to deal with (again, -----), but the manager is reasonable. In regards to complaints, any sorting out between truth and fiction had to be initiated by me and I would think that it would be embarrassing to the staff to adamantly defend the misinformation that is given to them. Basically, if there is any problem or complaint, it will not investigated...you are guilty, no questions asked. It's up to you and luck whether you can straighten it out or not.
