I have been brought to this web site by the management requesting that I give my experience of living here for the last two years. I first read over the other reviews that have been entered, I really do not know who these people are, but from my personal experience pay your rent don't cause trouble this is a wonderful place to call home. All the staff have been inviting and cordial. Jeff, Chris, and Karin have always made sure that I get my apartment taken care of what ever problems I may have had. And to the one review that stated they had to pay for a repair, if you damage your apartment, the same for any apartment you are responsible for that. That is not out of line at all. I lived in apartments for half my life and I have owned homes, and I really do feel comfortable here and all is good with Sun River Village.
