When we first moved in it wasn't too bad. However, after about 5 months of living here, problems with the air conditioner was awful. Took 30 days to get a competent person to fix it, but the sad thing is that it is still not cooling that great. Technician said that it is a 20 year old a/c unit....bottom line....I don't care...I just want to be cool when it is hot. Heat during the winter is Great. Something brown leaking from under refridgerator...told it is condensation...old refridge basically falling apart. I have owned 2 houses in my past, rented a high-end apartment, and NONE of them had any of these problems or the "condensation" brown substance leaking from under those refridgerators. Windows are horrible and need to be replaced. The ceiling had a leak at some point, but they did nothing to fix the problem and only offered to patch and paint over it.....can anyone say MOLD! Definately considering breaking my lease to go live somewhere else. I think covering up problems and never really fixing them is too much worry especially when you have young children in the home. The management are not doing their jobs correctly, if they were there would be more people recommending Sun River Village and less people warning others of this "dump". Furthermore, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone as a home. I have lived here for 9 months and hopefully moving out soon!
