I have read all of these reviews and am very confused....I have lived at SRV since July of 2005 and have nothing but compliments for the staff. Karin and Chris in particular are always friendly, ask about my family and are quick to fix any problem I may have. Karin's friendliness was one of the main reasons I chose these apartments over others. I too have had trouble with both the heater and a/c but the staff worked quickly to make sure these problems were fixed straight away. The emergency maintenance man even came to my apartment at 10pm to fix my heater. When they determined that my heater could not be fixed immeadiatley due to parts that were needed, I was offered other accomadations over the weekend. These are not brand new apartments...there are bound to be some maintenance needed from time to time, but overall these buildings are very well maintained. I have been very pleased w/my stay.
