Well I lived at srv from sept 2005 and am moving out the first of september. I had some problems there but nothing major. My main problem was some of the staff. NOT Jeff he was great. One time I had a problem with air and the maintance man was there within 15minutes(middle of the night) so thats a pluss. The dryers they let you use for $1.25 a load, do not work at all. You have to dry a small load at least 2x's. And that can really add up. I think the prices are a little high because I just got a 2bdr 2bath apt much bigger for $595 my new one does not have a workout room though maybe that is the difference. Over all its not bad. Probably wouldnt ever move back there but not bad.
