This place is nice for what it is. But the windows need to be replaced, the appliances are from the time they opened and when they try to fix anything, they might as well use duct tape because it really doesn't get fixed. They try to charge people moving out for the smallest stuff and are rude when you try to talk to them. I'd say they are the nicest in the area from the outside, but you can hear everything that your neighbors do including tvs, stereos and talking. There are much nicer places in Maryland Heights with a lot more updates.
