It is a nice place w/ a lot to offer, however there are a lot of problems there. Robberies, rapes, arsen. The land lord is crabby. There is just so much going on for such a nice place. Also I live in a one bedroom w/a den, also have a garage & I pay $910 a month! Ridiculous ! That's even with the construction discount! Trust me people, it is not worth it. Also if you like privacy, you won't get it here. Everyone is in everybody elses business no matter what!
