Turnberry Place is a nice place to live, but you better not ever want to leave. When you leave they stick you with exorbinant fees and claims of damage. The workout center, parking, and other nice ammenities do not make-up for this abusive treatment of former residents. I loved Turnberry while I was living there, but hate their business practices of fraud.
