I moved here in April on a 12 month lease. They were offering 2 months free, so it made the price very reasonable. So far the staff, the grounds and the amenities are great (love the Saturday morning continental breakfast!). I must agree with the other reviews that state the gating system is a joke (down or open half the time) and is more of an inconvenience than anything. My apartment (3rd floor) is very quiet, is easily cooled and overlooks the very nice pool area. Very convenient location and situated in a secluded area with no traffic noise from the highway at all. I would recommend this to anyone looking in the St. Peters area. I challenge you to find anywhere nicer for this price.
