Roaches and Parking Issues

The overall appearance is nice. I have problems with neighbors not picking up after there dogs. However staff is more than willing to send them a notice. The strinkler system sprays your car (learned to keep windows up) when coming into the community and if you happen to be leaving your apartment around 6:30am you will get sprayed with the yard sprinkler. They are not positioned well and spray the walking paths to your car.
Ive seen roaches about 2 to 3 inches long walking around in my apartment. I have been sprayed but it does no good when the neighbors haven't. The parking is rediculous!! There is never enough parking spots for everyone. Sometimes the only option is to block garages and use handicap spots cause there is no where else unless you drive up on the grass.
My suggestion to the community is: re-work yard sprinler system.. Issue 2 parking spots per apartment that way the people that pay $900 plus for rent will have a garenteed parking spot.. and when you spray one apartment spray all of them that are next to each other. That way if the neighbors are nasty you dont have to suffer because they are to ashamed to let you in their apartment. I will be moving as soon as my lease is up because of the parking and bug issue.

I'm in my second year at Turnberry Pl and have never seen anything bigger than a fly in my apartment. Don't know where the bugs came from but there are none here. I like the sound of the sprinklers on the window, it sounds refreshing in the morning. We always find a place to park close to our building, don't know about any problems there. We like it here.
