These apartments are beautiful. HOWEVER, the only problems I have experienced which I feel is truly unacceptable for the price we pay. The main problem is parking..its horrible. When I get home from work I have to park 3 buildings over. Its ridiculous. I made a comment to the staff and was told well its first come first serve and you were aware of that. Secondly NO ONE will pick up after their freakin dog!! I see everyone walking them,but not a single person has picked ANYTHING up. I still have mess in my yard from when I moved in. I am on the 1st floor. I have even had tennats wave at me while their dog is doing their buisness in my little grass area. No one is ever held accountable. I have never seen something so out of control. By the way if you are on the 1st floor do not put your bed near the stairway outside. Every morning it sounds like a heard of elephants are running down. Then the kids all YELL goodbye to their parents.

I disagree. The dog problem has been well dealt with. At my building we no longer have that problem. As far as the kids go, they are just that, "kids". ONE time a day they go to school and say goodbye. It will be all too soon before you will wish you had some kids to say goodbye to after they grow up. Being nice is like a mirror, you get back what you give out.
