I have lived here since April '06 and I hate it. The noise is rediculous...you can hear the people above you using the bathroom. They dont care that you cant sleep because of the people above you. I got a fine for pet pick up and I have never left anything on the ground...they have no way of knowing who it really was and they dont care. They will charge you late fees for rent when you have already paid. I cant get out of here fast enough. Also, wear a raincoat because the sprinklers spray where ever...on cars, sidewalks, street...everywhere but the grass!

I've lived here for over a year, second lease, and have never experienced any of the above problems. Sometimes attitude gets you back, being nice to your neighbors goes a long way towards having things the way you like them.

I live here and I agree with being able to hear your neighbors. And, the pet pick up, they are not fineing enough!! There is dog poop everywhere! But, these are bareable things. Any apartment you live in you can hear your neighbors. The dog poop part sucks though.

I live here, Really no problem. As far as noise that???s a part of apartment life. They need to raise the fine of DOG ----! Or remove them all together, The amount of times I have stepped in dog ---- is ridiculous. I hope they fine you more honestly
