I wouldn't recommend these apartments. They don't enforce rules, the office staff is snobby & the "security gate" only works less than half the time, it's a joke. I actually live in the same building as one of the office staff but the only time she will even acknowlege me is if I go to pay rent or pick up a package at the office & even then it seems like you're an interruption. I used to live at Boulders @ Katy Trail & they were much nicer overall, but they have now converted to condos. My lease is up in less than a year & I do not plan to renew it w/ Turnberry. For the rent they charge it's really not worth it, look elseware.

I totally agree with this review. Everything they say is true & they forgot to mention that as far as safety goes, while some of the windows may leak others won't even budge to get OPEN, pretty scary thought if there's ever a fire. Then there's the sliding doors on the ground floor units that would be pretty easy for someone to loosen up & get in your place, or they could just pick the ONE cheap little deadbolt lock on the front door!

With interest rates as low as they are and the fact that we are now in a very strong buyers market, why are we renters??? My agent says there are so many 1st time home programs that I can own a home for about the same money. EMAIL ME AT REBECCA@REBECCAMORAN.COM FOR INFO
