Turnberry Place Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

The apartments are very expensive. The high ceilings are nice, the layout is great. Plenty of space in the 3 bedroom version.
Silverfish are a problem. The constant condensation on the windows encourages mold.
They have very limited parking because they have several rented garages around the community. These go for an additional $70 a month. Too much for what you get. Thus, no one uses them and the parking situation is rediculous. We have neighbors who regularly park in the fire lane.
Some people park in front of garages they rent, as if putting one car inside entitles them to put one outside, too. Others park where there is no parking space defined at all, and thus it's impossible at times to drive through sections. The management REFUSES to deal with the problem.
I was told more than once that the problem parkers are not residents, so they must be visitors and management doesn't want to be mean to them. That's a lie. It's always the same cars parked day and night. The real story is these are the room mates of the punk kids who rent 3 bedroom apartments with their jerk punk friends. They aren't on the lease and thus are in violation of the apartments own rules.
The complete lack of interest from management has my blood boiling.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE PARKING!!! IT REALLY IS BAD NEWS. WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU SUPPOSE TO DO, WHEN YOU PAY $1300 A MONTH. AND YOU CAN'T EVEN PARK. THAT IS SO HORRIBLE!
THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE THAT MANY PEOPLE LIVE IN ONE APT.
