I have been a resident of Turnberry place for 2 years and just recently renewed my lease. I have enjoyed my apartment and all of the amenities offered at this community. These are truly one of the best communities in St. Charles County and its proximity to many of the best attractions and happening places is great.

Since you're so happy about the complex, why remain anonymous? Why not post your name? It seems to me there are a lot of posts that look almost identical to this one. I'm guessing it's the staff trying to boost their poor rating. Parking problems, poorly insulated windows, and silver-fish infestations are the reality at Turnberry Place. Unfortunately, they're the only 3 bedroom apartments in the St. Peters area. The "selective enforcement" of complex rules would have had us out of here last year, but there's nothing else close that has 3 bedrooms.
