Not as comfortable as it looks but not bad

I moved in to turnberry last month. After reading reviews abt this spts, i was kind of hesitating to move to this place. But after looking around at other apartments in the surrounding area, i decided to pick this one. The apts would be very pricey for the original price of $990, but we got a $1500off on a 1 yr contract so it was not that bad. when i went there for the first time i was very very impressed, but from the day i moved in, my enthusiasm slowly went down. I dont say that its a bad apt but just caution you that its not as good as it looks.
pros: 9ft ceiling, new apt, washer dryer evry unit, calm and nice environment
cons: Lot of leakings even from the main door so cold air comesin, screen door was changed twice but the staff simply dont know how to fit a screen door without gaps(so insects come in through the gaps; we live in ground floor), flies, small conckroaches, even saw a centipede in my home(the staff say they sparyed the insect repeller stuff but not very usefull), very small living room.
PS: One more thing, if you move in the middle of the month they charge the
( $990/no.of remaining days) and the 1yr contract starts from the next month with $850 monthly rent.
