The lease states 30 day notice to move out - as an example if you move out May 31st you must give notice by March 31st (that's 60 days for those counting). A 3 month lease means 3 FULL months. If you move in on October 8th you pay for the partial month of October, then for the next 3. Think twice about this as a temporary stop on your move into the St. Louis area.
