SPEAKING OF THE GROUNDS...DOG WASTE, DOG CRAP, CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT...EVERY YEAR WE
COMPLAIN AND WRITE/READ ABOUT IT ON THIS SITE; WILL THIS EVER CHANGE'
I hate to complain, and I don't feel I should ever have to call the office every time I notice something that doesn't comply with both local laws and the contractual agreement of the complex.
WELL MANAGED GROUNDS (Not very important to most renters; renters are usually not temporary and don't have to worry about resale and the appearance of something they don't own...I would rather pay $100 less a month on my rent; even if it meant looking at a few weeds and overgrown bushes). Not to mention every Wednesday beginning in the Spring-Fall, we have to listen to lawnmowers and weed whackers until about 8:00pm.
SPEAKING OF THE GROUNDS...DOG WASTE, DOG CRAP, CALL IT WHAT YOU WANT EVERY YEAR WE
COMPLAIN AND WRITE/READ ABOUT IT ON THIS SITE WILL THIS EVER CHANGE'(At Turnberry all residents are allowed to own/house their dogs. However, just like if a dog owner were to walk their dog in a neighboring St. Peters park, they are also required to pick-up after their dog(s). Nevertheless, Turnberry insists that all renters pick-up after their dogs...but about 80% of renters don't. If you walk around or look at any area of grass on any given day you ll see what I am talking about. Though, if it wasn t for the ground workers who chop and spread the waste around every Wednesday...there would be mounds of it for you to look at.
Yes, its embarrassing to pick up DOG CRAP, No it doesn t make you look cool, but neither does stepping in it.

You are 100% correct, it is absolutley disgusting. People are just lazy. It kills me that turnberry does not enforce these rules, when I moved in I was told that apperance was everything to them. Lie #1. I was also told that if you ever have any problems come to us and we will take care of it. Ha Lie #2. Nothing is ever taken care of! It is so embarrasing to have my family over because there is dog crap everywhere. I do not even open my windows anymore b/c all I see and smell is the steaming piles of dog crap. If you are mature enought own a pet or pet(s) you should be mature enough to follow the rules! Put the damn things on leashes and clean up after them, it's that simple but people get away with it. Why? Because the management is too afraid to stand by their rules and enforce their rules, they would rather appear to be nice and carefree so they don't piss anyone off. TOO LATE!

What a bunch of cry babies you are on here. If you don't like dogs, move somewhere where dogs are not allowed. Your dumb#$% chose to live in a "PET FRIENDLY COMMUNITY". Quit your whining and move. If the apartment complex would have more trash cans for the owners to put the dog crap in, there probably would be less in the grass.
